DESCRIPTION:The objective of this Biodirect is to share\, debate and reflect\, from the perspective of cooperation between Spain and Africa\, on the most important aspects of the IPCC synthesis report. An essential document to support political decision-making and advance in the profound transformations that our societies require and to deepen the mitigation and adaptation to climate change\, the strengthening of international cooperation\, access to water and rural development\, food security and health and migration\, among other issues of interest\,  within the framework of the 2030 Agenda\, the External Action Strategy 2021-2024 and the Law on Cooperation for Sustainable Development and Global Solidarity.  \nThe event will be inaugurated by Hugo Morán\, Secretary of State for the Environment.
