The guest of episode 22 of “Naturally” is Luis Fernández Antelo, a specialist magistrate of the contentious-administrative jurisdictional order and doctor of law. He has worked in a judicial career in various destinations, the last one being the High Court of Justice of Madrid. He has also been a Lawyer at the Constitutional Court and the General Court of the European Union for several years.

During the interview, Luis talks to us about the need for more and better training for judges involved in environmental crimes, but also about the importance of an educated and aware society, which is the one that drives governments to generate efficient and effective laws and to include climate issues in their programs.
